Who is responsible for your data?

Keni ([Entrepreneur’s full name], sole trader, Paris La Défense) is the data controller for the processing described here.

What data do we collect?

This website uses no analytics and no advertising. We receive the information you give us when you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us: your name, your number, your business name and your message.

The “Ask Keni” assistant

If you use the assistant, your messages are sent to our server and then to Anthropic, the provider of the Claude AI model, to generate the reply. We don’t keep these conversations on our servers: they stay in your browser during your visit. Your IP address is used temporarily to prevent abuse. Please don’t share sensitive information with the assistant.

Why?

To answer your questions, prepare a demo for you and, if you become a client, perform our contract (creating, hosting and maintaining your website). Legal basis: your request, our legitimate interest in answering visitors, and performance of the contract.

For how long?

Conversations with prospects are kept for 3 years after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract, then for the legal periods (10 years for invoices).

Who has access?

The Keni team and, when needed, our technology partner Xhinola. Our technical providers: our host, Anthropic for the assistant, and WhatsApp (Meta) if you message us there. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, and object to its processing, by emailing hola@keni.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
